Our New house has to have freshness to it”- this was the only guideline our client gave us at the start. A refurbishment/ Retrofitting work for an existing G+1 Bungalow with addition of one more floor on top due to addition of family members. Addition of lift shafts, changes in civil work to strengthen the existing structure and a complete redesign of the spaces. We really wished for this project to get realized.
