Absence of mundane approach towards designing, JAN design studio is a conjunction of two contrasting Personalities, Jaai and Nikhil, who have come together to craft a Surat based design studio since 2021. Post Graduates in Urban Conservation, we sincerely thrive to connect with people first.

Consultation &initial meeting
Our project begins with site visits and documentation work to give a brief draft for our client's understanding.
Concept design
After Project Signing, a design presentation follows to provide functions to the spaces and create a concept design that outlies the overall vision for the project. This would include sketches, 3D views, computer generated images etc.
Design development
Once the client approves the concept design, we begin to develop detailed drawings and layouts. This would involve collaborating with Engineers, Project Managers and other specialists to create a desirable outcome.
Permitting &approvals
Once estimations are approved from the Project Management Team, communications with contractors and all the agencies involved to ensure the design details are integrated correctly.
